Our History and Art
Welcome! I and the people of Our Saviour Lutheran, would like to welcome you to our community. We are a part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada.
We have been blessed to be part of Richmond for 50 years. At Our Saviour’s you will meet a community of people who are seeking to follow Jesus in the daily reality of our lives.
We welcome questions realizing that there are many mysteries in life. Therefore we emphasize the importance of ongoing Christian education for people of all ages. For adults this includes open discussion and resources from beyond ourselves.
Our Saviour strives to be a Christian community of support, nurture and challenge. In Jesus we have one who walks with us through joy and pain, birth and death, dancing and weeping. He calls us to be with and for each other, with and for those who are vulnerable and hurting. We invite you to join us on this path.
The primary focus for our community life is our 10:00 am Sunday worship. For us worship is a participatory event. We welcome you to visit us at that time or to meet with me at a time of your convenience. We would welcome you into our midst.
